Live 8: Let Freedom Ring.

"If one of your countrymen becomes poor and is unable to support himself among you, help him as you would an alien or a temporary resident, so he can continue to live among you. Do not take interest of any kind from him, but fear your God, so that your countryman may continue to live among you. You must not lend him money at interest or sell him food at a profit. I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt to give you the land of Canaan and to be your God." Leviticus 25:35

"Eight people in a five-star hotel on a golf course are going to have to listen to us," Geldof said during the London concert.

The question is, will they?

"… lend to them without expecting to get anything back. Then your reward will be great, and you will be sons (and daughters) of the Most High." Jesus

Will they listen to the voice of God that is calling forth from the people created in our God’s image?
Will pride and arrogance stand in the way of doing what the many in the free world are calling them to do? There is a huge difference from feeling sympathy and acting compassionately. Will they be moved with compassion and justice and do the right thing?

Pray.

every single day,
every word you say,
every game you play . . .
