Where God Dwells

"We should highly rejoice that God dwells in our soul and still more highly should we rejoice that our soul dwells in God. Our soul is made to be God's dwelling place, and the dwelling place of our soul is God who was never made." Julian of Norwich
I’ve been meditating on this message for the past few days.
Think about it: Your soul is God’s dwelling place. God has chosen to make God’s home in our soul. And our souls are at home in God.
I sit silently in solitude as I type these words for I find such a deep stillness by God’s presence within me.
It changes the way that I breathe.
Tonight as I go to sleep I will continue to reflect on these words.
Your soul is God’s dwelling place.
Your soul finds its home in God.
"The Kingdom of God is in you." Jesus

"It changes the way that I breathe."
beautiful, Rick.
Thanks Rick,
I really needed this right now.
I heard a story once about a young child and his grandfather. The grandson asked, "Grandpa, how big is God?" The grandfather paused a minute and then answered, "Well, God's so big that the whole heavens and earth can't contain Him. But He's small enough that He lives in my heart." :-) James
