Keep shining

How bright is your light? I had a heroin addict who attends my spirituality group tell me today that he feels something when he is in the group. He feels closer to God... he says that he has been praying. I look into his eyes and I see that he is hungry for serenity... for peace... for God's love and he wants to love himself. The Light is attractive. My heroin addicted friend's lamp is burning and when I stand near his flame I am somehow illumined. I think we need each other's light.
